We have made a few adjustments to our operations so that we are in accordance with COVID-19 procedures:

  • All private rooms
  • Employees & guests may choose to wear a face covering/mask in common areas, this is optional
  • Please complete waivers electronically on a personal device prior to entry
What time should I arrive for my reservations?2022-10-21T18:08:13+00:00

Please arrive at the 601 Escape Rooms at least 15 minutes before your reservation time. The game clock automatically starts at your reservation time, so an on time arrival is important to give your Game Master time to review the rules. Late arrivals will be admitted. However, your 60 minute window cannot be extended, and there is a possibility that time may need to be deducted from your game play if arrival is very late.

Our doors stay locked at all times for the safety of our employees and customers. Please ring the bell upon arrival and we will let you in.

At this time, we only accept payment via credit card through our website.

Tickets are non refundable. However, we do allow you to change or reschedule your reservation, if it is at least 24 hours prior to your game time. Call or email to reschedule.

We don’t suggest it. The puzzles in each room don’t change very often, but if you would like to come back and try the room again, please let us know ahead of time so that you can have a private room.

Yes, the rooms are handicap accessible. If possible, let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate. Our entry to the building is also handicap accessible.

Do I have to sign a waiver?2017-07-28T14:44:41+00:00

Yes, everyone must sign a waiver in order to participate. Link to a waiver can be found on our website or may be signed upon arrival.  Any participant under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

We do host corporate or team-building events. We also offer birthday parties.  You can also book for the whole evening for any other special events. Please call or email for details.

Curbside parking is available. Carpooling is encouraged.

No. The doors do not have locks and you are free to leave the room at any time.  If you do need to leave the room for any reason you will not be allowed to re-enter.

No. The use of cellphones and any other electronics are strictly prohibited. Don’t make us be the bad guys. All the clues and information you need to solve the puzzle can be found in the room. Enjoy the phone free hour!

We provide lockers for personal belongings.

$27/person. The minimum price per room is $81 for up to 3 people and then $27/person for each additional.

I am purchasing fewer tickets than maximum available for that room, does that mean remaining slots are filled by other guests?2021-04-23T03:37:14+00:00

No. At this time all of our rooms are private.
